We tried this place for the first time last weekend - and it was great! I would recommend the plov Samarkand (rice dish with braised meat and carrots), kebab platter (chicken so good!) and the soup (lagman). We are excited to try more dishes the next time but it will be hard not to do a repeat. Thank you.
My family and I got takeout from Samarkand on NYE2020 and were so happy with our choice! We had never been here before but their food was delicious! We ordered samsa, plov, galuptsi, dolma, and Napoleon. Everything was great. We highly recommend Samarkand and will be coming back in the future.

Was in the area for work and ended up going twice. Had chuchvara (soup with pel'meni) and samsa for takeout. Then dined in and ordered shurpa (soup with meat, veggies and chickpeas) and Napoleon. Both soups were delicious...
